1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Metro cities takes 2-4 business days, and the rest of India takes 4-7 business days.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, INDIKNOT only ships within India. We are working on expanding our delivery network globally.

Returns & Exchanges

4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Please read our complete Return Policy for more details.

5. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

You can initiate a request through our Request Return/Exchange page using your order ID and email address.

Products & Sizing

6. How do I find my size?

Each product page features a detailed size chart. We highly recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to the size chart before placing an order.

7. Will the colors match exactly what I see on screen?

We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor displays, there may be slight variations.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and popular Wallets via our secure payment gateway. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible PIN codes.

9. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and partner with RBI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your complete card details.
