1. Shipping Coverage

INDIKNOT currently ships across all major PIN codes in India. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this moment.

2. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Custom or Pre-Orders: For items requiring customization or marked as pre-order, the specific dispatch timeline will be mentioned on the product page.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or logistical challenges faced by our courier partners.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal convenience fee of ₹50 to ₹100 may apply for COD orders, which will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on our Track Order page.

6. Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If you are unavailable or the address provided is incorrect/incomplete, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Prepaid Orders: We will initiate a refund (minus any reverse shipping charges) once the item reaches our warehouse.
  • COD Orders: Repeated failed deliveries may result in your account being restricted from using the COD option for future purchases.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged during transit, please do not accept the delivery. Take a clear photograph of the package and immediately contact our support team at support@indiknot.com.
